Stellar Wallet (“Stellar Wallet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our products and services, including, without limitation, the website https://stellarwallet.org, our mobile and web applications, and other resources that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Important: Stellar Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. We do not store your seed phrase, private keys, or your funds. Public blockchains (including the Stellar network) are transparent: transactions and addresses may be viewable by third parties and can be permanently recorded on-chain.

Scope

This Policy covers our Services. It does not cover the privacy practices of public blockchain networks, third-party dApps, on/off-ramp providers, exchanges, RPC/node providers, or other services operated by third parties.

How We Collect Information

Information you provide to us

Name/handle and email address.
Account details (if a particular Service offers account features).
Support requests, feedback forms, surveys, beta programs.
Communication preferences (subscriptions/unsubscriptions).

Wallet-related public information

Wallet addresses and public keys, networks/assets you add, and transaction metadata surfaced in the interface.

We do not request or receive your seed phrase or private keys—these remain locally on your device (and may be stored in your OS’s secure storage if enabled).

Technical and usage information

Browser/app type and version, OS and device model, language/region.
IP address, timestamps, pages/screens viewed, app events (crashes, performance).
Cookies, pixels, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies.
Approximate location when enabled in your device/browser settings.

Information from other sources

Analytics and business-intelligence providers, in compliance with applicable law and our agreements.

Inferences

For example, an approximate city derived from IP address.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

provide, operate, and support the Services;
respond to comments, questions, and support requests;
conduct research and analytics to improve stability and performance;
protect the security of the Services, our assets, and systems;
comply with legal and regulatory obligations;

If you access the Services from outside your country, your data may be processed on servers in other jurisdictions (including the US/EU/UK and others) where data-protection laws may differ.
